Refund Policy

    No Exchange.

    All sale items are final, no return or refund.

     

    We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

     

    To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



    We are not responsible for the normal wear and tear of jewelry after 30 days of the purchase date. Plated jewelry will go through a natural oxidative process that can be solved by cleaning and polishing with proper jewelry care cleaner. Broken pieces that are due to wear and tear are not covered.

    We do not accept returns or exchanges of any earrings due to sanitary reasons. 

    Any reshipping fees for exchanges/store credit usage, incorrect addresses, etc. will be at the customer’s expense. Thank you for your understanding. Return shipping is also at the customer's expense.
